We had a fantastic stay! The location is spot on, just a stone's throw from the train station. Our family room was spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds. Plus, plenty of dining options nearby made meal times a breeze. We felt like we were well-connected to the city!

The check-in was quick and the room was spacious with lots of sunlight. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and sipping drinks on the terrace. The only hiccup was a bit of a wait for breakfast since the restaurant felt a tad small for the crowd, but overall, it was a great stay! 😊

Ideal spot for public transport and comfy stay
Had a fun time here! The location is ace with the metro station just around the corner. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and had lots of options. The only bummer was dinner. the food was just not good, like, meat cold with soggy fries.

The hotel has a large pool which was a nice surprise. Our room was spacious and clean. However, the location felt a bit distant from tourist spots, and we had a noisy morning due to cleaning staff. Breakfast was enjoyable, though dining options nearby were limited.

Convenient Stay Near the Station
Perfectly located for train travel with a quick 3-minute walk to the station. The breakfast exceeded expectations with a delightful variety, including gluten-free options. My room was clean but could use modern updates. Consider asking for extra water upon check-in for a smoother stay.

great walks to parks and landmarks in madrid
I appreciated the clean rooms and the very charming receptionist who helped with an early check-in, allowing me to freshen up after my long international flight, making my stay even more enjoyable because the proximity to monuments like the Torre de Cristal and beautiful green spaces such as Berlin Park made for lovely weekend explorations right from the hotel. although I found the breakfast area a bit crowded during peak times, it was a minor inconvenience compared to the great location.

The elegant lobby made me feel as though I was stepping into a lovely Parisian café, and the accessibility for seniors, with ramps and thoughtful seating areas, was just delightful.
More air conditioning options would be great.

The room was decent and clean, but honestly, it felt kinda dated. The bed was comfortable enough. I had some issues with light switches being hard to find, and the lighting was pretty dim overall. The table was wobbly too, which was annoying. Also, there was a random carton of water just sitting there—kinda weird. It served its purpose, I guess, but it wasn't anything special.
